Bias Binding in Navy 18mm. This polycotton bias tape is used for making piping, finishing raw edges and binding seams. It is a wonderful way of finishing the edges of bibs, placemats and table runners. In dressmaking it can be used around armholes and neckline edges instead of facing and is even used for festive bunting.
