We aim to ship all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday the same day. If we experience any problems with your order we will let you know as soon as possible. Delivery costs are automatically calculated during checkout as follows:


Standard Delivery

We send all our standard UK deliveries via Royal Mail 24 post which aims to deliver by the next working day:
  • Orders up to £4.99 - £1.95 UK delivery
  • Orders £5.00 - £19.99 - £3.15 UK delivery
  • Orders £20.00 - £44.99 - £4.45 UK delivery
  • Orders of £45.00 and above - FREE delivery in the UK

Special Delivery

This service is tracked and requires signature for delivery by 1pm next working day - Please note that we must receive your order by 2:00pm Mon-Fri for delivery by 1pm next working day:
  • Orders up to £19.99 - £7.75 UK delivery
  • Orders £20.00 - £59.99 - £10.25 UK delivery
  • Orders of £60.00 and above - £26.75 UK delivery


Deliveries to destinations outside the UK are currently suspended. We hope to resume this service for all our international customer soon.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely happy with your order we will refund you the cost of any items you wish to return. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items as we cannot always guarantee stock availability. To request a refund, just return your goods to us in saleable condition within 7 days of receiving your order with a brief explanation of the reason for their return. We do recommend that any returns are sent 'signed for' as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.

The information we collect from you is only what we need to fulfil your orders and keep you informed, as explained above. We collect information about you when you register an account with us, browse our website, place an order for products or services and when you register for our VIP Points loyalty scheme.  We also collect information when you provide feedback via online reviews or if you take part in any competitions.  Website usage information is collected using cookies – you can find out more about our cookies further down this page. Other information we collect is only what you provide us through our website or directly.

Who do we share your data with?

We use third-party financial providers to process payments for orders on our behalf. Credit or Debit Card information is exchanged directly with these providers at the time of purchase, using secure payment gateways for online transactions. We do not record, nor retain any of this information. We rely on our financial provider partners to keep these details secure and not retain them for any longer than is necessary.
We will not share your personal information with anyone else, unless legally required to or we have your permission to do so. We will never make your information available to any other persons or businesses for marketing purposes.

How we use Cookies

NEWMESSAGE Indicates whether a new message has been received.
NO_CACHE Indicates whether it is allowed to use cache.
PERSISTENT_SHOPPING_CART A link to information about your cart and viewing history if you have asked the site.
POLL The ID of any polls you have recently voted in.
POLLN Information on what polls you have voted on.
RECENTLYCOMPARED The items that you have recently compared.
STF Information on products you have emailed to friends.
STORE The store view or language you have selected.
USER_ALLOWED_SAVE_COOKIE Indicates whether a customer allowed to use cookies.
