Classes and Cancellation Policy

CLASSES
We are now running classes once again and these can be booked via our website and in store.
 
Our classes are limited to 5 students and all our tools and sewing machines are cleaned and disinfected before each class. We also have hand sanitisers available to use.
 
We want you to feel comfortable in class and although masks are no longer legally required, we encourage students to wear a mask, or visor if they feel more at ease. Please be aware that it is very difficult to keep socially distanced during classes, especially when moving around or during demonstrations.


CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans do change, so please make sure you read our cancellation policy carefully:
 
We are a small business and our classes require a great deal of planning, time and materials to put together.  It is difficult to transfer bookings to a different date and we are unable to absorb the cost of late cancellations and keep class fees low.


IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL A BOOKING
If you are unable to attend a booked class, we will gladly offer you a store credit for the class fee if we are notified at least 15 days before your class starts. Sorry but we are unable to offer refunds for any materials you may have purchased for the class, nor for any last-minute cancellations.

Our classes cannot be refunded or exchanged, in line with standard industry policy.


IF WE NEED TO CANCEL A CLASS
If we cancel a class for any reason, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund of the class fee or if rescheduled, a place in the new session. We cannot refund you for any materials bought for the class.
