All orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent the same day. If we experience any problems with your order we will let you know as soon as possible. Delivery costs are automatically calculated during checkout as follows:
We send all our standard UK deliveries via Royal Mail First Class post which aims to deliver by the next working day.

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items as we cannot always guarantee stock availability. To request a refund, just return your goods to us within 7 days of receiving your order with a brief explanation of the reason for their return. We do recommend that any returns are sent recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
